Our Mission is to create the first legal full time residential Tiny Home Community commutable to New York City. Allowing people to still work in major cities yet reduce their financial burden of costly living expenses. Reconnecting with our neighbors to care for the success of our local tribes.

The future of Tiny Home Communities or "Pocket Neighborhoods" are in their infancy. We are fighting many challenges with planning, zoning, building, and code regulation from local to Federal level. As we create the relationships with key players who share our vision, we will bring this dream to life! Fear not, we're fighters and understand the value that this style of living afford us.
